The Party Bag office is open from 6-8pm Monday to Friday and all day at weekends. Orders are dispatched throughout the day, but we can't always get to the phone so please email or leave a message if you need to contact us. |

Our bags
We have added a number of new bags and boxes to our range. Unless otherwise stated all of our themed bags can be packaged in a choice of patterned plastic party bags or white paper carrier bags made of 100% recycled paper. Please indicate which bag you would prefer when you place your order. |

Postage and Packing
Where stock levels allow all orders will be sent out on the next working day after the order is received as follows:
Orders received:
Friday - Sunday will be shipped on Monday
Monday will be shipped on Tuesday
Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday
Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday
Thursday will be shipped on Friday
If stock levels will not allow us to send out your order immediately we will let you know when you can expect delivery.
All orders within the UK can be sent by Standard delivery (£4.95) which will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch, or by Express delivery (£9.99) which will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. You will be asked to choose your preferred delivery method at the checkout.
Orders can be sent to Europe, however the postage charge for this service is £12.50 for orders under £50 and £20 for orders of more than £50 in value. |

If you can't find something to suit your needs please get in touch and we will do our best to create a tailor made bag, box or basket just for you. Contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide a quote.

We try to source the best quality items available to fill our party bags. All toys carry the CE safety mark and (unless otherwise stated) are suitable for children over 3 years old. We reserve the right to substitute any item in your order as necessary - in such cases the replacement items will be of the same quality and value. |  |
