Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment over the phone, cheque/postal order made payable to The Party Bag by post or through PayPal online. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We aim to ship all goods within two working days of receipt of order. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you.

Delivery Schedule All orders will be sent out on the next working day after the order is received as follows: Orders received: Friday - Sunday will be shipped on Monday Monday will be shipped on Tuesday Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday Thursday will be shipped on Friday Orders will be shipped by Express delivery (delivery 1 working day after dispatch) or Standard delivery (delivery 48 hours after dispatch). You can also choose to collect your order from us in Cranbrook, Kent at no cost - we will phone to arrange a mutually convenient pick up time when your order is ready. Please select which delivery method you would prefer at the checkout.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will either substitute the item with something else of a similar nature or back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges The Party Bag is not VAT registered at this time.
